Established in august 2013, Laneze was founded and created by our CEO / Designer as a way to express his own personal style and experience of life events.

All of our pieces are limited and made one by one to ensure a more personal fit and vibe.

Our focus is on detailed production. We can ensure every garment is individually hand crafted by tailors with over 26 years of experience in our London based factory.

Laneze has a unique cut from cloth process in which we precisely construct the shape and define a perfected fit of each masterpiece.

Laneze creates bespoke clothing that combines traditional British tailoring expertise and the finest fabrics from around the world that will cater to you personally.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
At Laneze we accept the following forms of payments

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
At this time we do not accept gift cards.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We currently do NOT offer gift cards.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For online purchases, Laneze will refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.

For Bespoke and custom orders, there are NO returns or refunds, as these are personal and specific.
You have 48 hours to notify Laneze if you have given us incorrect measurements or requests. We will amend your order accordingly.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Laneze always reserves the right to refuse return of any order that does not meet the above return requirements at Laneze's sole discretion.
