With our 100% no return rate still standing we are pretty sure you will not need this page but if you do

Laneze will exchange any merchandise returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original invoice, original packaging and label intact and attached to the item. 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

 

Laneze is made to order, all items are produced on an individual basis, you will be refunded if the item is faulty by a manufacturing purpose only.

 

NO production faults, NO refund.

 Laneze will only exchange for the total value of your purchase.

 

If the item you wish to exchange is worth more value than the NEW item you are exchanging it for, you will be entitled to the difference via bank transfer within 10 working days of the exchange. 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will NOT be accepted. 

Laneze reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Laneze's sole discretion.
